- ADHESIVE backing - Heating Mat lays flat and stays flat, no stapling needed. The heating cable is spaced at 3". Red-colored mesh can be cut to make turns and rotations. Heating cable can be spaced as close as 2" to fit any excess. Doing so will result in 15 Watts/sqft output. Heating cable spacing can be increased to 4" to cover a heating area fully. Doing so will result in 9 Watts/sqft output.
