- 【HOW TO CHOOSE SIZE】85CM/33.46" and 90CM/35.43" for the diameter of the hoop, and 25MM/0.98" and 32MM/1.26" for the aerial ring bar. Basic measurement is to sit on a chair and measure from the seat to the top of your head, then add 10cm (chair to top of head is 80cm, then you likely need a 90cm aerial hoop). Note: this refer to the INNER diameter.OUTER Dia is 5cm more than INNER dia.
- 【TAPING YOUR AERIAL HOOPS】With 45M length antiskid tape to wind the aerial acrobatic hoop so that to get an extra grip. Lyra Hoop Set contains a roll of thin self adhesive rayon tape(45m, long enough for an aerial hoop), softer on the hands but still hard wearing. This enables you to wear leggings and long sleeved tops when you use the hoop and still be able to grip.
