Gates' molded coolant hose line is the most comprehensive line on the replacement market.
- Specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum
- Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, the leading cause of hose failure
- Pre-shaped to fit and to ensure perfectly sealed conditions
- EPDM tube; synthetic fiber knit reinforcement; heat-, ozone- and chemical coolant-resistant EPDM cover
- Meets SAE 20R3 EC Class D1 under 25mm (1 in.) ID, SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 for 25mm (1 in.) ID and over. Temperature Range: -40 Deg. F to +257 Deg. F (-40 Deg. C to +125 Deg. C). NOTE: Gates recommends replacing clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed. CAUTION: Do not use for fuel or oil transfer applications.
