Glad Step Trash Can, Series 2 Soft Close Bin with Odor Protection, 20 Gal, Black

Experience a cleaner, smarter way to manage household waste with the Glad Series 2 Stainless Steel Step Trash Can with Clorox Protection. Designed for both style and performance, this premium 20-gallon trash bin is formulated with Clorox odor protection on the lid, helping block unwanted smells and keeping your kitchen fresher for longer.

Built with convenience in mind, the dual-opening design offers two easy ways to use—simply step on the wide foot pedal for hands-free access, or lift the lid manually when step operation isn’t ideal. The large 20-gallon capacity holds 50% more than standard kitchen bins, reducing the number of trips to take out the trash—perfect for large families or busy households.

The bag rings keep liners neatly tucked and secure to prevent slippage or bag fall-through, maintaining a clean, organized appearance. A soft-close lid ensures quiet operation, while the stay-open function is perfect for tasks like meal prep or cleaning. For added convenience, the hinged frame opens to a full 90 degrees, making it easy to remove full trash bags without mess or struggle.

Thoughtfully designed, this trash can features a rear waste bag storage compartment, allowing you to load and dispense liners directly from the back. The sleek black stainless steel finish resists fingerprints and smudges, blending beautifully into any modern kitchen, office, or workspace.
