Goyon-Chazeau is a three-generation, woman-founded French cutlery atelier based in Thiers, the capital of fine knife-making. Each Tradi knife is handcrafted to combine beauty, balance, and lasting performance — a piece designed to live on the board, not in the drawer.
Product Description
The Grand Tradi was created in response to requests for a larger version of the beloved P’tit Tradi. It embodies the same philosophy: “Everything is more enjoyable, always goes faster, and is always better done when you're well equipped!”
First unveiled at the Maison & Objet show in Paris (September 2023), this 13 cm blade knife quickly gained recognition for its exceptional efficiency and craftsmanship.
This edition features an Old Walnut handle, a lightly grained, warm-toned wood that gives the knife a timeless and authentically French appearance.
