- 【Pure Mechanical Structure – No Gas, No Slam, Maximum Safety】Unlike traditional gas struts that lose pressure over time, our lid support hinge features a solid steel roller system with wear-resistant nylon components. This pure mechanical design ensures a soft close action every time, preventing slammed lids and pinched fingers. It is the perfect safety hinge for toy boxes, blanket chests, and children's toy chest storage. No gas, no explosion risk, zero maintenance.
- 【110° Stay Put Technology – Freely Adjustable & Hands-Free】The hinge locks securely at any angle up to 110°, allowing the lid to stay open exactly where you position it – perfect for accessing deep storage like a wooden chest, large toy chest, or kitchen cabinet. Whether you need a lid support hinge for a drop-down desk or jewelry box hinges for delicate crafts, this mechanism provides a smooth, seamless stop without drifting.
- 【Adjustable Strength – Customizable Support for 5-8kg Lids】Equipped with a built-in hex key (Allen wrench), you can easily adjust the lifting force. Turn clockwise to increase tension for heavier lids (e.g., solid wood chest, dump trailer hinges), or counter-clockwise to reduce force for lighter ones (e.g., small box hinges, mini hinges). This heavy duty hinge supports 5-8kg (11-17.6lbs) and fits door heights from 20-50cm (8-20 inches)
- 【Premium Zinc Alloy Construction – Durable & Elegant】The main body is made of thickened zinc alloy with a dual-texture finish (polished + brushed) that resists corrosion and scratches. Unlike plastic cabinet hinges or barrel hinges, these hinges for wood are sturdy enough for daily operation and maintain a sleek appearance. Perfect for cabinets, toy storage chests, wooden boxes, and big toy boxes.
- 【Complete Hardware Kit – Easy DIY Installation】Each package includes 2 full sets of lid supports (left and right compatible) with all necessary accessories: 2 universal bases, 4 rubber gaskets, 2 large screws, 5 small screws, and 1 hex key. The universal base design allows for quick installation on either side. Whether you need box hinges for a wooden box, toy box hinges soft close, slow close hinges, or locking hinges for cabinets, this kit has everything – no extra trips to the store!
