Ideal Electrical 62-144 Tone and Probe Wire Identifier

This kit allows the user to trace and identify low-voltage or copper cables at each end. Tone generator sends a signal on de-energized copper cables through the RJ-11 connector or alligator clips. Amplifier probe is used to make the signal audible and trace the cable or idetify the cable at the other end. IDEAL for coax, twisted pair, speaker wire, doorbell, alarm, and other general copper conductors.

• Trace and identify copper cables and conductors at each end, tone generator emits 1 tone pattern
• Tone generator includes a continuity test setting
• Amplifier probe has a volume knob to increase or decrease volume as needed
• RJ-11 4 pin plug for use in RJ11/12 or RJ-45 jacks
• Alligator clips attach to any de-energized bare copper wire, use only on de-energized conductors
