The Lancer 115V 1/4 HP 3.4A Motor AC PSC is the electrical agitating drive unit responsible for maintaining the ice bank's water circulation. Operating at 1675 RPM, it drives the propeller that circulates water across the cold plates and evaporator coils, preventing the ice from 'bridging' into a solid block that stops the cooling process.
Problem Solved: Restores circulation to prevent 'bridging'—where ice freezes solid around the product coils—ensuring even cooling across all circuits. Replaces seized motors that cause warm beverages.
Symptoms of Failure: A loud humming noise from the unit top without rotation, warm drinks at the tap, or an evaporator coil encased in a single block of ice that blocks the propeller.
