- CONTAINS 'THE MOTHER' - Lucy’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is always produced and bottled with ‘the Mother.’ ‘Mother’ of vinegar is a substance composed of cellulose and acetic acid. ‘The Mother’ in our Apple Cider Vinegar occurs naturally. An analysis is performed on the vinegar tanks on a regular basis to ensure that those friendly molecules (acetobacter) are present. As a natural and organic product there will be times where the appearance of the product may vary from time to time. However, because the product is not filtered or pasteurized you can be sure that it always contains ‘the Mother.’
- WHY WATER? – Lucy’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is diluted with water to make it milder and more palatable for consumption. This dilution lowers the acidity to 5%. It also increases its cohesiveness in recipes.
- ABSOLUTELY NO APEEL - Hundreds of our customers have reached out asking if our family's brand uses Apeel. We'll get right to it! - Lucy's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar uses absolutely NO apples that have been coated or covered in Apeel. Blessings to you all!
- LUCY'S ORGANIC COMPOSITION - Lucy’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is USDA Organic certified, Non-GMO Project Verified, Certified Organic by Organic Certifiers, and contains the very best elements there is to a top shelf premium quality Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Our batch includes the “mother” and comes raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and contains absolutely no preservatives! Organically grown apples that produce a perfect golden color and rich thick taste is why everyone loves Lucy's Apple Cider Vinegar.
- APPLES! - Almost all of Lucy's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is made from apples in the PACIFIC NORTHWEST REGION. Believe it or not but Washington State actually grows more apples than any other U.S. State! Due to its abundance of water, nutrient-saturated soil, and teeming climate, this flourishing piece of land has been recognized for producing some of the country’s best apples for generations.
- 100% FAMILY OWNED, FOUNDED AND OPERATED - Lucy’s was established in 2003 by Miguel and his wife. They both share 4 wonderful kids who have all worked for the family business since then! Miguel’s family immigrated from Mexico to California and began creating products for the Hispanic market in Los Angeles. Since then, Lucy’s has seen national expansion and began developing state of the art organic and non-GMO products for consumer’s in the United States.
