Nike ZoomX Vaporfly Next 3 running shoes (women's)

The running shoe Nike ZoomX VaporFly Next%3 has been updated with a reduction in weight and thickness of the outsole. This allows for additional millimeters of ZoomX foam underfoot and a smoother transition throughout your stride.

A full-length carbon fiber flyplate provides a feeling of rigidity and forward propulsion. Nike's most responsive foam has improved and releases even more energy return than before, giving you a springy, bouncy feel.

Additionally, the midsole bulks up at the heel to reduce weight inside the foot to give you a more stable ride while the offset heel seam helps reduce friction in the heel area.

Finally, light padding on the tongue helps reduce lace pressure on the top of your foot and new Waffle outsole pattern with perforations saves weight and provides multi-surface traction in a variety of weather conditions.
