Paiste 26 inch Symphonic Gong

This listing includes the Paiste 26" Symphonic Gong of your choice. A mallet is not included. Paiste Symphonic gongs are works of sonic mastery. Their flat, scraped surface meets a dark rim that flows back from the face creating a unique shape. They are hand-hammered from nickel silver in the European gong-making tradition. They are not tuned but tend to fall within a certain range at a given size. The lightweight metal, the unique shape, and the scraped face all combine to create an overall sound that is very clean and meditative, with rich, beautiful harmonics that expand over the deep fundamental tone."Symphonic" doesn't refer strictly to the orchestral use of the word "symphony," but goes to the root of the word, to the unity of harmonic sounds and the experience of sound in its entirety. These gongs create a symphony of sounds for the listener. They are perfect for musicians, Kundalini yoga practitioners, sound healers, and therapists working with music and tone.Looking for a Paiste gong stand and mallet to go with your Paiste Symphonic Gong?
