Pink Progress Pride Heart Tee - Black

Love isn't easy! Wear the pride, pain, and progress of the LGBTQ+ community with this original heart design by Queer Geekery.

The Pink Progress Pride Heart design uniquely combines powerful symbolism from pride activism from the last half century. The heart, symbolizing love and responsibility, shapes and embraces the rainbow pride flag, and thus the entire LGBTQ+ community. The pink triangle symbolizes both the hatred and violence suffered by the LGBTQ+ community through history, but also the community's remarkable capacity to translate its pain into a force for progress. As the triangle "pierces" the heart, its point foregrounds the persons of colour and trans persons who have historically been--and continue to be--on the bleeding edge of meaningful progress for the LGBTQ+ community, and who should be embraced and supported all the more.

Queer Geekery will donate $2 to Egale Canada (egale.ca) for each Pink Progress Pride Heart apparel item sold.
