Characteristics - 3 x 24 sheets of 32 cm - Market leader in Switzerland - Made in Europe Technical details - 3 x 24 sheets of 32 cm - Natural cellulose baking paper - Master baker's quality - Do not come into direct contact with flames or heating resistors and use up to 220°C maximum without lighting the barbecue Environment - Natural cellulose she: Backstar paper comes from exemplary forests in central Sweden and cultivated sustainably. The cellulose mass is finely cut and all the air is extracted, which makes the product greaseproof and creates an impermeability to oxygen. The thin protective layer of silicone finishes the result. - Reusable and usable on both sides: The clever materiality of the double-sided coating allows the sheet to be turned over after several uses and also to use the other side of the sheet. - Biodegradable: Thanks to its specific properties, Backstar is an extremely durable product. The use of indispensable grease becomes superfluous, cleaning the baking sheet with water and aggressive chemicals disappears. Reusable parchment paper is a natural product and therefore completely biodegradable. The Backstar brand is originally a Swiss family business run by its owners. Respect for social standards is particularly important to us. This product has been produced in protected workshops. With every product purchased, you support important social infrastructure, and you allow people to get back to work.
