The Evolution Aqua Single Union Threaded Male to Pressure Pipe Female Connectors should be used in conjunction with PVC Pressure Pipework. The Union is perfect for connecting pumps, filters, UVC's and heaters with a female BSP thread to Pressure Pipe of the same size. The Union also allows the unit to be removed if required for maintenance.
Unfortunately, the use of pressure pipe and fittings in the past has simply been too expensive for the majority of koi keepers, despite it being the preferred choice.
One of the objectives at Evolution Aqua was to create a complete pressure pipe range, at prices that everyone can all afford. The good news is they have done it and have cut no corners in terms of build quality or materials. Please take time to compare our prices and understand what this means. Everybody can now afford to use the highest specification materials available.
