The Quantum Storage Systems WRCSL5-63-1836-104CL five-tier suture cart has three slanted wire shelves, two flat wire shelves, swivel casters, and 20 clear QSB104 polypropylene bins and is suitable for sorting, storing, and dispensing sutures and other supplies. This unit has an open wire design that offers visibility of contents, permits air circulation in the work space, and resists dust build-up. All five wire shelves on this suture cart are made of welded steel and reinforced with wire trusses for strength. The three slanted wire shelves adjust at 1" increments to accommodate the height of contents and use gravity to continuously feed sutures to the front for visibility and ease of access during medical procedures. The flat wire shelves provide a place for medical supplies that require a flat storage surface to avoid spilling. The suture cart has 16-gauge steel posts that are grooved at 1" intervals to help guide installation of the shelves at desired heights. The posts come with split sleeves to hold and support the shelves. This unit's polypropylene bins offer strength and will not stain, rust, dent, or absorb odors. This wire suture cart has four swivel casters with brakes on two of the casters for control and maneuverability. The 5" x 1-1/4" casters are made of polyurethane to resist abrasion and wear. Four non-marking rubber donut bumpers help protect walls and furniture from damage. The wire shelving in this unit is NSF International-certified for food equipment for dry storage. This suture cart typically is used in hospitals and medical offices to store and dispense sutures during medical procedures, but can be used to store and distribute or dispense other supplies.

The bins in this unit measure 4 x 6-5/8 x 17-7/8 inches (H x W x D). This cart has an 800 lb. per shelf capacity; total cart capacity should not exceed 1,200 lb. The cart requires assembly and comes with instructions; no tools are needed.
