- 💡Switch between 240W, 220W or 200W – match brightness to your commercial space: One fixture replaces three for property managers and contractors. Slide to 240W (38,400 lm) for shopping plazas, 220W for office parking, or 200W for warehouse perimeters. Cuts energy 85% vs 700‑900W metal halide. 160LM/W.
- 💡Dusk-to-Dawn Photocell with Manual Override: Built-in photocell turns light on at dusk, off at dawn for max savings. Cover sensor with included cap to switch to manual mode – ideal for maintenance or events. No extra wiring or timers.
- 💡Arm & slip fitter in 1 – one person installs in minutes: Combines arm mount and slip fitter, fits round poles (up to 2.57″), square poles, and walls. 180° adjustable angle – aim light exactly after mounting. Contractors save labor and time.
- 💡IP65 waterproof housing + 10KV surge protection: Heavy‑duty die‑cast aluminum stands up to rain, snow, and dust. Built‑in 10KV surge defender stops lightning and grid spikes. 50,000‑hour lifespan – set and forget.
- 💡Daylight brightness + Type III optics – no dark corners: 5000K crisp white light and precision lens spread illumination evenly. Eliminates shadow zones across retail lots, municipal streets, and loading zones. Helps security cameras capture clear footage.
- 💡ETL listed safety + 5‑year protection: If any defect within 2 years, you get a new replacement. Plus 5 years of technical support. Message us for a Dialux lighting plan. Any questions? We reply 24/7.
- 💡Use it anywhere – Plazas, Streets, Warehouses, Loading Docks: Perfect for: shopping center parking, municipal streets, office park perimeters, hotel driveways, warehouse yards, loading docks, gas station canopies, school parking, and auto dealership lots.
